We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Wealth Management Advisors to join our exclusive network of top-tier firms.  As an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with a minimum of 2 years of proven expertise, you will have the opportunity to explore a range of career solutions that align with your individual goals and desires.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Proven ability to develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, while providing comprehensive wealth management solutions and personalized financial strategies
  • Business Development – Drives business growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities within the target market.  Leverage your existing network and, if applicable, a portable book of business to expand your client base
  • Compliance – Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with industry guidelines including staying current with financial law and regulation changes
  • Back Office Support – Collaborate with our partner firms that offer robust back-office support, enabling you to focus on client engagement, growth initiatives, and relationship management
  • Strategic Planning – Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the growth and success of the wealth management practice

 Necessary Skills

  • Financial Acumen – Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies
  • Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Business Development – Proven track record of successfully expanding client portfolios and generating business opportunities
  • Analytical Thinking – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address clients’ unique financial needs
  • Team Collaboration – Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and clients to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience as a current Registered Investment Advisor Representative (IAR)
  • Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66)
  • A portable book of business preferred or the ability to discuss a book of business with restrictive covenants
  • The ideal Advisory will have little to no broker-dealer business
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service and a true passion for helping clients with their financial goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree
